These terms and conditions govern the use of the cdddetailing.ro website and the provision of auto detailing services by CDD AUTO DETAILING SRL, Tax ID (CUI) 35742819, Trade Registry J12/935/2016, located at Strada Tulgheșului 18A, Cluj-Napoca, 400388, Cluj County, Romania. By using the website or requesting our services, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
CDD Detailing provides professional auto detailing services, including: • Ceramic protection (Gtechniq Crystal Serum, EXO etc.) • Paint protection film PPF (XPEL Ultimate Plus, Stealth) • Headlight restoration and protection • Complete interior detailing • Paint polishing • Custom premium packages Each service is performed according to the protocols of the product manufacturers we are accredited to apply.
Appointments can be made via: • Phone: +40 752 317 794 • WhatsApp: +40 752 317 794 • Contact form on the website Appointment confirmation is done by phone or message. Please arrive at the scheduled time. Delays of more than 30 minutes may result in rescheduling.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary depending on: • Vehicle size and type • Current condition of surfaces • Complexity of requested services • Products used The final price is communicated after vehicle assessment and before work begins. By accepting the final price, the contract is considered concluded.
Payment is made upon service completion. We accept: • Cash • Bank transfer • Bank card For complex services (full PPF, premium packages), a 30% deposit may be required at booking.
Our services benefit from manufacturer warranties, under the terms of the warranty certificate provided at vehicle handover: • Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra • Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light • XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF • XPEL Stealth PPF Warranties are valid subject to following the maintenance instructions provided at vehicle handover. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, subsequent modifications or lack of recommended maintenance.
CDD Detailing is not responsible for: • Pre-existing paint or surface defects (deep scratches, corrosion, structural damage) that cannot be remedied through detailing. • Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or accidents after vehicle handover. • Incompatibilities with treatments or products previously applied by third parties. Any pre-existing defect is documented and communicated to the owner before work begins.
Cancellation or rescheduling is free if communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in deposit retention (if paid). If CDD Detailing cannot honour the appointment, the client will be notified and an alternative date will be proposed.
The content of cdddetailing.ro (texts, images, design, logo, video materials) is the property of CDD Detailing and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written consent from CDD Detailing is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and if not possible, by the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
